Your Practice Nederlands

Coaching that helps leaders and teams think clearly and act.

One-to-one and team coaching for people who carry responsibility. Confidential by design, with a clear path from the first conversation to the follow-up.

Who this is for

Replace this with the people you work with and the problem you help them with, in their words rather than yours.

Leaders

People stepping into more responsibility, or carrying it alone, who want a thinking partner outside their own organisation.

Teams

Groups that work hard together and want to work better: clearer agreements, honest conversations, fewer repeated frictions.

Organisations

Employers who sponsor coaching for their people and want to know it is working, without ever seeing what was said in confidence.

How an engagement runs

Five stages, the same every time, so you know what happens next.

  1. Introductory conversation

Free and without obligation. You describe the situation; we decide together whether coaching is the right tool.

  2. Agreement

Goals, number of sessions, fees and the confidentiality terms are written down and agreed before anything starts.

  3. Sessions

Regular conversations, online or in person, each one building on the last.

  4. Summary for the sponsor

Where an employer pays, they receive a short summary of themes and progress, anonymised and agreed with you first.

  5. Follow-up

A check-in some weeks after the last session, to see what held and what needs another look.
